The Customer Service Representative is responsible for executing scheduled customer outreach and sales presentations. The Customer Service Representative will have the opportunity to work with a fast-paced team focused on long-term growth and development opportunities for our clients. The ideal person for this role is a natural relationship builder, who enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering the highest level of customer service. Daily Responsibilities:

• Participate in creating engaging presentations aimed at gaining new customers and increasing profit margins
• Track and maintain up-to-date and accurate recordings of all sales, orders and upgrades
• Follow all compliance standards
• Participate in various training session
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Experience in a customer service, hospitality or retail-based environment preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization
• Must be able to collaborate with a team and think on your feet
• Must be able to work both part time and full-time hours including weekends
